I become your remote accounts staff and manage your bookkeeping on a weekly basis. This includes reconciliation of your bank accounts, bill entry, preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS). You will simply either take a photo using your phone or forward supplier emails as you receive them to an app called Receipt Bank. The process is simple, easy to use and I will guide you through from setup to use. Then on an ongoing basis I will process your accounts and respond to you with any unusual transaction queries as they appear. You will also enter sales invoices and their payments, and pay staff.
Upon request I can also supply payroll and debtor management services.
I will work with your accountant to ensure your accounts are reconciled correctly at the end of financial year to reduce your accounting work.

Suitable for those businesses who want to manage their own accounts, but want to ensure that they’ve got it correct before BAS lodgement. I will run through a series of checks and balances to ensure that your figures are correct and compliant with your reporting obligations. As a registered BAS Agent I have additional time to lodge your BAS meaning that you will have a payment extension date.
